22lr Bullets in a MICROWAVE!! Don't Try This At Home.
(Bang Bang Bang.
) Follow'em to the ground.
So how many bullets does it take to stop a fight? The answer is always the same if you know what you're talking about.
It's as many as it takes.
So a lot of people argue, "I just need my five shot snub noserevolver" or "my single stack semi-auto.
" Look, I own them all.
I carry them from time to time there's nothing wrong with them.
They wonderful to have and have saved many lives.
But at the end of the day you don't knowwhen trouble comes your way.
If that's one bad guy and one rounds going toincapacitate him, and stop the fight and save your life.
Or if it's two, three, four attackers.
Studies show that many manyviolent attacks has multiple attackers involved.
If you have five rounds in a snub-nose and haven't trained yourself in rapidreload of a revolver, you are way behind the curve.
Add to that, instances where the gunmight have a malfunction.
Now you're in real trouble and you've got just a couple pound implement that you can throw at the badguy.
So what we're going to look at today is the benefits of a high-capacitysemi-automatic.
There's a reason that this is what police officers carry.
There's a reason that this is what the military carries.
Because this is are real fight stopping tool.
One other thing that we want everybodyto keep in mind when were looking at all of these drills is, mostfolks that on themselves for self-defense, theyautomatically think because they have that weapon there somehow safer.
Studies from the last forty years of lawenforcement show that police officers miss almost eighty percent of the time when they'refiring.
Eighty percent of the time.
And these are people that are supposedlytrained.
Nothing against law enforcement.
I'm friends with lots of them.
A lot them are very good shooters.
Some of the best trainers I know our law enforcement.
But, just because you have a gun, that'sthe point we're trying to make, its not make you safe.
You need to be able to train yourself andrapid target acquisition.
And multiple shots on target andsometimes multiple shots on multiple targets.
So we're gonna look at that right now.
What that looks like.
So, a drugged assailant drill.
Or a body armor defeation drill, what wewant to try to do is put multiple shots on target into the A Zone on fast and hard.
To drive the attacker to the ground.
We follow him to the ground.
We say to ourself, "Did the rounds hit? Did they work?" Scan and assess our area.
If there's more attackers, more targets, weaddress them.
So here's what that's going to look.
We're going to draw.
We're going to come to the target.
When I say multiple shots we're not talking.
Now tell me that's not going t drive abad guy to the ground.
We're going to look at that again.
This time from the holster.
Were actually incorporate a little bitof movement.
We always want think, when we're shooting we should be moving.
Because if we're shooting there's a threat.
So standing still is a bad idea.
So herewe go.
bang bang bang) Follow the threat to the ground.
Come back to the holster.
So now we'regoing add to that, multiple targets.
See we got our targetout to the right and farther back.
All kinda schools of thought on this.
Which one do you hit first? Do you put one into each? Let's just, for the purpose for thisvideo break it down into, I've got two bad guys.
They're out there, I'm here I'm gonna hit A and then I'm going to B.
I'm gonna come back and scan the situation/area before I re-holster my gun.
Youralso gonna wanna start incorporating checking your six.
So here we go.
Check the six.
Come back to the holster position.
We're going to do that drill one more time.
This time I'm going to try to incorporatelittle bit more speed.
You see because the second target is out about 7-8 yards.
I slowed down just a little bit to make sure we got good hits.
It looks like we got all A Zone hits.
I'm going to reload and do that one more time.
bang bang bang) Follow'em to the ground.
So that's what we're trying to do.
What we want to incorporate in all of our training is not just drop the gun and put one roundon target.
Were working under the assumption hereat the gunfight not under the assumption of can I put a whole a piece of cardboard.
If I have to draw the weapon out on the street and shoot somebody.
I want to make surethat this threat is stopped.
Remember, you're never shooting to kill.
We're shooting to stop.
And we know you four, five, six, seven rounds.
while that may seem excessive thesomeone in the courtroom, I've decided to deploy a weapon because I feel my lifeor the life of another is in danger.
So that's what we're going to do.
Hey everybody, Mickey Schuch with Carry Tainer dot com.
Reminding you everything you see us do is something that we practice many times with unloaded firearms.
You need to do the same before you tryanything with the gun.
Remember safety is your responsibility.
You read and know how to use a firearm and understand what you are shooting and know what's beyond the backstop.
Also, you and you alone responsible for your personal safety.

– [Voiceover] You know that running gag, on the web, where is someone buys a Heckler and Koch product, they show the rounds loadedin the magazines backwards? Well, it's almost a mustdo if you buy a new HK gun, but still, a lot ofpeople ask why or snicker, and tell the poster thatthey've made an error.
This is an actualHeckler and Koch brochure from the 2004 Shot Show.
As you can plainly see, the rounds are loaded into the magazines backwards.
I've managed to collectthree of these catalogs over the years from various sources, because I think it's pretty damn funny that not only this happened, but that they made it allthe way to the Shot Show before someone realizedsomething was wrong.
Now, getting to the bottom of exactly how and why this happened was pretty hard, but a lot of this isfirst hand information from an HK employee.
Basically, at the 2004 Shot Show, the catalogs got shipped directly from the printer to the show.
Obviously, the photographerHeckler and Koch had chosen was not a gun guy, as the most inexperienced shooters can probably figure out after looking at a magazine loaded backwards that something just isn't right.
Hilariously, nobody at Shot even noticed, and the HK booth was soon set up with their new products, some swag, and these catalogs to hand out and showcase their wears.
An unknown number of these made it into the hands of attendees until someone, not an HK employee, mentioned that the bright and shiny stack of glossy catalogs featureda spectacular blunder.
It could have just been a typo somewhere in the middle of theslickly printed pages, or even something out of whack in a photo near the end, but no.
This magnificent failure was featured right on the cover of their catalog at their booth at one of the world's largest small arms expos.
To add insult to injury, the old HK slogan is featured prominently to the right of the backwards bullet.
An unknown number of the catalogs made it out before the order came down to destroy the remaining boxes.
The corrected catalog is much less interesting, by the way, as everything is the same, except the cartridgesare inserted correctly.
All in all, it's hard to estimate how many of these catalogs have survived.
Who knows how many Shot Show attendees kept theirs, as I know I'd usually discard any printed material I'd get, but I have heard anywhere from as low as 50 to as high as 300 or so.
So, the backwards bulletsare not a photoshop, or some H and K hater's concoction; but a very real gaff that somehow made its way into circulation, and will forever haunt Heckler and Koch.
So, that's it.
The real story behindthe backwards bullets.
Next time you see an enthusiastic poster on a message board who has taken photos of their Heckler and Koch firearm with the bullets inserted backwards, you'll know exactly why.
Big thanks to Ventura Munitions for helping our program out with its ammunition costs.
We hope to see you all next time.
make it so! Hi everyone this is jeff of TAOFLEDERMAUS Several viewers have asked me to try to shoot a slug that is acube-shaped so we came up with this design we call it the BORG bullet Theslug is made out of lead i actually made a mold and cast them myself this sides measure half an inch and theslug weights 9/10th of an ounce or 24 grams one of the big problems is asquare peg doesn't fit into a round hole very efficiently as you see there's alot of wasted space but since we are more concerned about the diagonalmeasurement that's the largest size key by canactually fit into a 12-gauge shotgun i posted a photo of these slugs on myFacebook page last week and it gave me a pretty good idea what people thought acube slug would do absolutely zero people said it would be accurate – since they didn't have hindsight like you do right now.
some people said it would become lodgedin the barrel and a couple people said the gun would actually blow up and wewill be shooting is through a rifle choke so inside that shot cup which is actinglike a sabo is the slug and the edges of the cube are kind of acting like littlerails very minimal barrel contact but enough to create a spin at least that's the theory at this pointso in your mind how do you think these will perform will be able to hit thebroad side of a barn with them today we're shooting the board bullet and ourfirst target over here gordy the flooring so you think or you can take the roundsor not man who knew now people are always saying hey youneed to put a laser on your gun because we can't tell what you're a minute whathe's aiming at that little white piece of tape there and he came extremelyclose to hitting it now the slug is tumbling at a very high rate of speedbut for a 15 to 20 yard shot like that that's not bad at all that's in fact better than some of thefactory slugs that we've shot so maybe this is just a a rare fluke solet's continue on now the reason it didn't go through thedummy is because he was wearing a blaster proof vest he wasn't a dummy after all Romulan aleand gage oh cool it was a magic mountain there this ofcourse was another good shot nice accurate center shot the slug went rightthrough this 5-gallon jug of water and then continued on I didn't see a wholelot of hydrostatic shock other than just blowing the cap off of it though somaybe this is just another case of luck or a fluke because a cube slug should not beaerodynamically sound and it certainly should not be accurate and why hasn'tthe gun blown up yet wil wheaton you have a young cadet someKardashian love fruit Oh lovely and Romulan love fruit excuseme also from the Kardashians ed page lookslike I know styled watermelon to me i would say goodeffect on target captain now remember I did that survey last weekon facebook and everyone's prediction was either disaster or just terribleperformance so if you're honest with yourself you'reprobably as surprised as we were at the results of these things now several of us actually thought thesewould make a weird sound is a flooded through the air so far we haven't heard that make it socool now you've probably seen the experimentwhere you kick a string and tie it on a like a wooden ruler and spinning throughthe air and makes a sound right that's kind of what's going on here theslug hit the lead plate flattened out and spun at a high rate making thatsound but it really wasn't flying very fast in fact that was able to track it andsee where it landed most mushroom a little bit like to see roundabout seemto be somewhat accurate it's amazingly is that a cote did you know that in real life he's aprofessional boxer is really yeah i was about to get a rocker and he really isthe less he's also an actor the last movie was inhe played himself in the hangover otay go for it ok that's not mike tyson i was joking so we've got to ask ourselves why arethese accurate that's because first of all it's madeout of lead and it's very dense and it carries a lot of inertia also they are symmetrical and balance so in many ways you can actually comparethese two a LED sphere which is also symmetrical and balance and that is whyas odd as it seemed these are accurate his head backwards Ifound like this ok taking dr.
McCoy yeah you're going for the head right I was actually was ok start impressive in person impressive there you have it folks a functional cube slug I don't know ifanyone's ever attempted that I bet they have but probably won't find anything onyoutube I want to show everyone how i made these slugs i use this dirhamsrock-hard party to make a name I'm old and it held up well to the heatand me wrap and i like that i made a total of twelve slugs and cherry pickthe best ones that had the fewest flaws and all that i just want to show the people that havedonated and support me on patreon that i'm using their money for good things ihave a very small budget it's all about using your creativity thebest you can so you don't have to spend that muchmoney that's my philosophy what about people offer to send me stuffwhich is kind of expensive to ship so with patreon we can combine you knoweveryone's dollar and I can actually buy it on ebay or wherever now the word on the street is thatchicks really dig a guy wearing a towel Fledermaus tactical gummy bear t-shirtand of course you can also get a mug or a phone thingy case thing when you buythese things you're actually supporting the channel and help us create evenbetter content.
